These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the website templates and related services offered by Windaro, operated by One Div Krzysztof Hejna, located at Piecewska 25/25, 80-288 Gdańsk, Poland. By purchasing or using any template or service from Windaro, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use or purchase templates from Windaro.

Products and Licensing

We offer Framer-based website templates under two licensing options:

Single Template License:
Use on one website only. Applicable to personal, commercial, or client projects.

Unlimited License:
Allows use on unlimited personal, commercial, or client projects.

All purchases include lifetime updates and email support. Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or sharing of templates or any assets derived from them is strictly prohibited.

Payment and Checkout

All payments are processed securely via Polar.sh. We do not store or process any payment information directly. Prices are shown in USD and may be subject to additional taxes or transaction fees depending on your location or payment provider.

Support and Updates

Support is available via email for installation and setup, basic usage and customization, and bug-related issues within a template’s scope. Support does not include general Framer platform training, custom design work, or third-party integrations outside the scope of the template. All purchased templates include lifetime updates at no extra cost.

Intellectual Property

All templates and related assets remain the intellectual property of Windaro (One Div Krzysztof Hejna). Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template under the terms outlined above. You may not resell or redistribute the template, share your license with third parties, or claim ownership of the design.

Sharing Your Data

We may share your data with service providers such as payment platforms, legal authorities when required by law, successors in the event of a sale or merger, and other parties only with your explicit consent.

User-Generated Content

By submitting a testimonial, review, or feedback, you grant Windaro permission to use that content in marketing or promotional materials. Your personal data will never be shared publicly unless explicitly permitted.

Termination

We reserve the right to revoke your license or deny access to future updates and support if you violate these terms, including license misuse or unauthorized redistribution.

Third-Party Services

We rely on Framer for template functionality and Polar.sh for payments. Your use of these services is also governed by their own Terms and Privacy Policies.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from using or being unable to use a template, or from errors or downtime in third-party platforms. Templates are provided as-is without warranties of specific business outcomes.
